PERFORMANCE
Ethernet

Wired Connection. Fast Enough to Forget About.

Adding streaming to a hi-fi system opens up a world of music. Millions of tracks, high-resolution audio and instant access to more music than most of us could listen to in a lifetime.

The downside? It's added another connection to think about.

Performance Ethernet is designed to remove that uncertainty.

Built to the CAT 6 FTP specification and using 99.999% oxygen-free copper conductors, it's engineered to provide a stable, reliable connection between your network and your audio system, helping your streamer receive the data it needs quickly and accurately.

Whether you're building your first streaming system, upgrading from a generic network cable or standardising a growing setup, Performance Ethernet gives you the confidence that you've got this connection right.

Built for High-Resolution Streaming

Modern music streamers handle more data than ever before, from lossless streaming services to high-resolution audio files.

Performance Ethernet is built to the CAT 6 FTP specification, providing the bandwidth required for demanding streaming applications, including high-resolution audio up to DSD1024.

The result is a connection designed to deliver your music reliably, whatever's on your playlist.

Reducing Crosstalk and Timing Errors

Inside the cable, 99.999% oxygen-free copper conductors use carefully controlled asymmetric twist rates alongside a full HDPE spacer.

You don't need to memorise that.

What's important is why it's there: to reduce crosstalk between conductor pairs and minimise timing differences as data travels through the cable.

Good networking is often about preventing small problems before they become bigger ones.

Ready for the Real World

Modern homes are full of electrical noise. Routers, televisions, games consoles, smart devices and switching power supplies all share the same environment as your audio system.

Performance Ethernet uses screened construction and shielded RJ45 connectors to help protect data from unwanted interference.

Built To Last

An ultra-flexible TPE outer jacket makes installation straightforward, while gold-plated shielded RJ45 connectors are designed to provide a reliable connection for years to come.

Like every cable in the Performance range, it's engineered to do its job properly, then quietly get out of the way.
